This is the old Raleigh mountain bike that I started with. Note the ugly brace between the seat stays, where a reflector was mounted. Also, the frame was built for front and rear V-brakes, so the frame and fork had post mounts for those.

Here is the Miyata frame my co-worker gave to me. I think its a 210, but I'm not sure. It may not be a looker, but its a beauty. Thanks for the frame Randy
